We believe all buyers should be satisfied with our product which we sell through our website. Our return policy is very easy and transparent. We wish that you do not need to use the policy but still it's necessary to keep the option so the buyer can replace/return the product.
The replace/return only possible if the item received by the buyer in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered. On personal opinion we don't accept any replace/return.
If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at email@example.com with your order number and item number and couple of pictures of the material within 2 Days of delivery.
After we received the product our quality team will check and decide it will be replace/refund. If it's have manufacturing defect / wrong item delivered then the product will be replaced as soon as possible or incite a refund.
We check every product before shipping, our quality control team verify and then ship it to the customers, but we understand that manual fault can happen and hence we replace/refund the item or the full amount.
